Every board member at Los Alamos Little Theatre has a general area of responsibility. Although they do not necessarily perform all of these specific functions, they will coordinate the activities with those people who do. If you can not find help with a specific task through the list above, please feel free to contact the appropriate board member to find out who to call.

Shay Zukaitis	RECORDS - Minutes, archives, and records.
Gracie Cainelli	COSTUMES & MAKEUP - Costume, makeup, dressing rooms, fabric closet, costume lending.
John Gustafson	EDUCATION & OUTREACH - Play readings, script library, hospitality, scholarships, theater organizations (AACT, TNM).
Patrick Kelly	PUBLICITY - Website, email lists, communication, phone answering machine, theater-wide publicity (non-show specific), season program, theater history.
Eric Bjorklund	MANAGEMENT - Board meetings and annual meeting, theater-wide events, theater-wide work parties, activity coordination, theater scheduling and theater use requests, key management, formal representation of LALT to outside world.
Jim Sicilian	TECHNICAL - Lights, sound, stage, rigging, curtains, stage and auditorium lighting, equipment maintenance, spare parts, operator training, documentation.
Bobbie Simpson	FINANCIAL & CORRESPONDENCE - Accounts, bills, records, financial reports, receipt collection, reimbursement, royalties.
Larry Cox	BUILDING INTERIOR & GROUNDS - Maintenance, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, heating, trash, supplies, shrubbery, snow clearing, dumpster, signage.
Russ Hopper	CONSTRUCTION - Workshop, tool room, tools, power tool maintenance, flats, lumber, and stage supplies (paint, muslin, etc.).
Shay Zukaitis	PROPERTIES - Prop room, props, prop/furniture storage areas (including shed and boiler room), prop lending.
